Oakwood Seton Williamson is closing on October 31, 2019.

Find your options for ObGyn care and medical release forms for transfer.

Oakwood Seton Williamson, along with providers Dr. Brenda Chao, Dr. Rebecca Teng, and Dr. Beth Thai, will be closing its practice located at 301 Seton Parkway, Suite 407, Round Rock, TX 78665 effective October 31, 2019. Our hope is to minimize the disruption this may cause and make it easy for you to continue to receive the compassionate, comforting care you’ve come to expect from us.

To meet your ObGyn needs, our partners at Seton will continue to practice in this space. Both the Oakwood Seton Williamson and Ascension Medical Group are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for you.
