This class covers the logistics of returning to work while protecting your milk supply. Participants will learn how to establish a solid breastfeeding/pumping routine that works for them and baby, how to select the best pump, milk storage guidelines, building a stash, and their rights for pumping at work.

About the instructor: Jennifer Gwyn
Jennifer Gwyn is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, with a nutrition degree and a BSN from the University of Texas. She has worked as a nutritionist with WIC, and was an IBCLC and postpartum nurse at Seton Medical Center. Currently, Jennifer works with the City of Austin as a nurse and lactation consultant doing outpatient breastfeeding support and management.
